In general, the hotel was very clean. Loved that they had onsite restaurant Basiani, no need to go somewhere else.

We had a great Easter at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. the location was also perfect, close to shopping centers and restaurants. the room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city. the spa facilities were fantastic, especially the sauna and pool.
We did experience a few negative aspects. the gym could have used some updating and the equipment was a bit outdated.

The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The hotel had a gym and pool which was nice. However, the location was not the best since it took us 25 minutes to reach the main square by walking. On the plus side, there was a large supermarket nearby which was a good option to stock up on snacks and drinks for our romantic escape.
Our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The air conditioning was not working properly and the staff did not seem to care.

The hotel's swimming pool and gym were excellent. The hotel staff, especially Catherine at the reception, were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to the bus station and city center.

the hotel is conveniently located close to Ortachala bus station, making it easy for us to catch our early bus. Although it's a bit far from the center, there's a restaurant nearby. the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped. the breakfast was reasonably good, with a variety of options. We loved the outstanding swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, which were perfect for swimming enthusiasts.
The air conditioning in the room was not sufficient to keep us comfortable during the hot weather.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly polite and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The swimming pools and gym were excellent, perfect for those who enjoy swimming. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms and provided amenities such as air conditioning, a dining table, and tea and coffee facilities. The service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was great, with a restaurant nearby and being close to a bus station and just a short distance to the city center.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.
